Client Brief & Planning
We begin by understanding your vision, goals, and project requirements to create a strong foundation for the design. This includes analysing the site, reviewing what can be built under local council and development codes, and considering your budget and aspirations.

Concept Design
Initial design concepts are developed to explore layouts, forms, and spatial relationships. Concepts are refined with your input until the direction is clear and ready for approval.

Design Development
Approved concepts are developed into detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts. We coordinate all necessary documentation and third-party consultant reports, preparing the project for council approvals such as a Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC).

Construction Documentation
During this stage, we prepare all required documentation and conditions outlined in the development consent to obtain the Construction Certificate (CC). This ensures the project is fully compliant and ready to proceed smoothly into construction.
